        The book that I've read is very unique and interesting when you read it. A book called dari BUKU ke BUKU SAMBUNG MENYAMBUNG MENJADI SATU can make you keep reading the book because you will be addicted to the history of the book. Since I read this book, I've been able to learn about Indonesian history that has never been told in any book or any school. No less than 200 books are narrated here in such a way that it appears as if a living person: how books are born, develop, move and move the narrator in their daily activities. In the background are still hidden three thousand other books that belonged to the personal narrator who radiated influence, although there is nowhere else to tell. With content written by a founder of Kompas Gramedia, Polycarpus Swantoro, he tells the entire history of everything related to Indonesia.

         Some of the contents of this book, the first is that this book was born from a book, like a book that tells a large collection of history in this Indonesian land. Page 72 tells the history of Anthony Reid's opinion, it can be found in S. van Praag's statement in his book on Diponegoro, Onrust op Java, De Jeugd van Pangeran Dipanegara: Een Historich-Litteraire Studie, published in 1947.

         This book has a lot of strengths and weaknesses. The strengths of this book are I rarely see almost all books on Indonesian history combined in this book. I am very happy to see that someone like Polycarpus Swantoro has made this book. Just imagine that this book provides many historical records about Indonesia that we never knew about. Although this book has many pages, this book still has interesting things when we read it, like we see a beautiful princess and we will always pay attention to her.

        Another strength of this book is none other than the author. Because the author of this book, Polycarpus Swantoro, tells the entire history that he has read from other books in great detail. Even though he read a lot of books since childhood but still he can remember them and finally wrote down everything he knew through this book. Such as telling in more detail how the national movement was, then telling how the origin of the Nagarakretagama book written by Mpu Prapanca, and others.

        The weaknesses of this book are I realized that when I read this book for a long time, I became bored because there were words that would make people bored when reading it. Although this book has a large number of pages and contains content that can attract the attention of many people, the book also contains sentences or paragraphs with words that are difficult to understand. That's why when I read this book I fell asleep and I also had to be able to understand the meaning of the sentence or paragraph.

        I think this book is great for adding to the science and history that many people want to know. I especially recommend this book to history teachers or people who want to know history to increase their knowledge so that those who want to find out more about the history of Indonesia and add broad insight into its history.
